RETURN FAQ

Q: Where are you based?

A: Colorado, USA

Q: Where are the products stored?

A: In our temperature controlled warehouse, dry and secure.

Q: What happens when a package is received ?

A: If one of your customers returns a product to our address, the product will be checked and logged in inventory. If in good condition and able to be sent back out, the product will be stored until the time that you designate an address for new shipment.

Q: Will I be kept informed?

A: Yes - we will set up a spreadsheet with all the details of received products, their condition, the order number, etc.

We will not proceed to refund ourselves - you are responsible for consulting the spreadsheet and validating refund.

Q: Will I be charged fees?

A: Yes, there are fees associated with both storage and re-shipment of boxes. The prices are kept as low as possible.

You will also be responsible for reimbursing any shipping fees expensed by Flyxie Consulting Services while sending your product out.

Q: When is payment due?

A: Fees and shipping refunds will be provided to you every Thursday to review. We ask that payment be sent within 24-48 working hours. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We prefer Bank Transfer but we can accept PayPal if needed.
