Q: What languages do you offer?
A: We can translate websites, marketing elements and instructions in the following languages:

Q: Are your agents native?
A: Yes, all of our agents are 100% native, as well as being perfectly bilingual in English. We have some agents that are tri-lingual, perfectly fluent in English and two other languages.
Q: How long does it take to translate the average site?
A: It ultimately depends on the amount of pages, products and text. Generally speaking, translating a mono-product site can take anywhere from 2-5 hours.
We will give you an estimation of time before we get started. Please note that this is an estimation only and does not guarantee any particular time frame.
Q: How much do you charge for translation?
A: We charge 11 EUR an hour, rounded to the nearest hour.
Q: Will I be kept informed?
A: Yes - we will set up a Messenger group with the translator, the manager and yourself. You will also have access to a google spreadsheet where everything is organized. Agents will use these resources to ask any questions they may have.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due once the translation is complete.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We prefer Bank Transfer but we can accept PayPal if needed.
